Restaurant style Anda Chana recipe | Eggs with Chickpeas | Neelo's kitchen

Learn how to make best Anda Chana Salan Recipe, Anday Cholay Recipe: It is a popular dish of Lahore, Pakistan that is mostly taken in breakfast with hot naan. Mostly, people eat it at restaurants because of the perception that the taste and texture of homemade anday cholay is not at par with that of the restaurant. However, you can easily make it at home with little effort.

Serving: Serve it hot with naan. You can also enjoy this curry with roti or parathas. Substitutions: Masoor lentils can be used instead of mashed chickpea to thicken the gravy. If you are vegan, you can enjoy this curry without eggs as well.

Ingredients:


Add spices and bhoonofy:


Add chickpeas and cook on low flame for 15 mins

Mash some of the chickpeas to make thick gravy:


Arrange eggs and give dam for 5 mins


Serve hot with Naan and enjoy yummy Anda chana
