Chicken Steam Roast Shadiyon wala | Restaurant Style Chicken Steam Roast | Neelo's kitchen

Shadion Wala steam roasted chicken has always been considered a quintessential item on the wedding menus in the Karachi Pakistan. I’ve made it many times and it is so scrumptious that you guys will simply like it. Serve it with Naan or Rice. I served it with Tomato rice.

First wash and dry chicken and make deep cuts.




Mix all ingredients, apply on chicken and leave it to marinate.



Now its your choice you can first fry and then steam like I did or vice versa.


After frying drain excess oil and apply colour

Ready steamer first to steam the chicken

Then steam until chicken is fully cooked.

Serve soft, Succulent Chicken with Naan or Rice and with Chutney.

I have cut whole chicken into 4 to make it easy in frying and steaming but you can use full chicken too for this steam roast.
