Aloo matar curry comes together quickly and needs very basic ingredients so personally for me its one of those recipes that I make when I don’t know what else to make! Aloo matar is a delicious Pakistani dish with potatoes and peas in a spiced tomato sauce. It’s incredibly easy to make, even if you’ve never cooked food before!

Suggestion:
- To make it Shahi Aloo matar add paste of Kajee 1 tbsp in gravy and in last add cream.
- You can even add paneer cubes to make it fancy, but fry paneer first and add in last stage and cook further for 5 mins.
