Craving for some delicious chai and samosa? Then how about making them at home. here is a samosa variation that we are sure you would love to try at home. This variation of samosa is made using mince meat chicken/ beef or mutton, which is stir-fried (without oil) with spices and then filled in a filo pastry sheets as they are easy to use. However, there is nothing like a homemade samosa.
This is a Keema Samosa which is a popular snack recipe enjoyed with green chutney and tomato ketchup. This samosa recipe is deep-fried; however, you can bake them as well for the healthier version of it.

Collect all ingredients:
Cook mince until water dries:
- I have used chicken mince but you can make it with beef or lamb mince meat. if using beef add more water so that mince cook properly.
- Don't cook mince with oil it will make your samosa soggy when you fry. ( My Mother tip).
- I have used home made Samosa Patti but you can use store bought too.
- You can freeze Samosa in single layer and fry from frozen.
