Hunter beef, a corned beef from Pakistan, usually it is marinated with spices, left in fridge for few days and then baked or cook in pan or cooker. Hunter beef is famous for its unique flavour, desirable pink colour, and melt in the mouth tenderness which is achieved by long hour of cooking.
Hunter beef is cut into slices and used for breakfast or tea time sandwiches. Incredibly delicious, aromatic, tempting in appearance and taste, definitely craving you to go back for more.

First make deep cuts in beef
Mix all ingredients in Vinegar and apply. cover and keep this beef in fridge for 2 days. keep changing sides after 6 to 8 hours.
you can cook this in pot on very low flame for 2 to 3 hours on until beef gets tender and water dries or use pressure cooker like me to cook it quick. Mine took 45 mins in pressure cooker and then I dried all liquid on high flame so masala get stick to meat loaf.
