Ingredients required to make Gajrela:



Grind rice coarsely with little milk



Add rice and carrot and cook on medium to low flame for 20 to 25 mins


Gajrela will get thick after half an hour, continuously keep stirring:


now add Sugar or Condensed milk.

Garnish it with nuts of your choice:


Chill and enjoy!
