Ingredients required to make Gajrela:
Grind rice coarsely with little milk
Add rice and carrot and cook on medium to low flame for 20 to 25 mins
reasons why you must eat gajrela this winter
- The basic ingredient used to make gajrela is carrots. Carrots are loaded with vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and fibre.
- Adding milk to the halwa adds calcium and protein to the dish.
