Prawn Soya (Suva) Pulao! How to make prawn pulao? If you love Prawns as much as I do, then try this recipe and I am sure you will love it. The recipe is my absolute favourite ❤ Prawn Pulao or it is also called Shrimp Pulao is a one pot meal which is not only simple yet very delicious and full of flavours and blend of taste of all ingredients cooked together. Prawns and dill leaves are the star ingredients of this recipe. You can use any prawns of your choice to make this lightly spiced and aromatic recipe. I have used medium-sized prawns but jumbo prawns also work great. This Prawns Pulao is, Easy & Quick Full of Flavour

Ingredients

when tomatoes soften add prawns.


Add suva (dill leaves) and fresh coriander

Give dum for 10 to 15 mins

Some Tips and suggestion:
  • I have used boiled rice to make it quick but you can add washed and soaked rice after adding dill leaves then add water and cook it like a pulao.
  • Adjust salt and green chillies to taste.
  • If you don't like dill leaves then skip it and make it simple green masala pulao. In order to make green masala, take few green chillis and fresh coriander, make a paste then add this paste after adding prawns. Your simple green masala pulao is ready.
