7 Cup Burfi | Besan and coconut Burfi | Besan milk burfi | Neelo's kitchen
7 cup burfi is a popular dessert recipe which is generally made during the festival season to share with family and friends. the texture and colour are very similar to mysore pak or milk cake, yet it has its own unique taste and flavour. It is a very delicious tempting sweet.

Ingredients used in making Burfi:
Mix well making sure the besan is well combined with ghee and there is no lumps, Roast gram flour until become aromatic.
Cook until it starts leaving pan:
Garnish it with nuts and chandi warq if available easily!
Let it get cool for 10 mins then mark burfi with greased knife to desire shape square or diamond, Let it then cool completely before slice it up!
Store it in an Air tight container
Tips and suggestions:
1. firstly, you may think that you have to use 7 full cup of each ingredient to make this dessert. it is recommended to use a full cup, but you can also reduce the quantity, for instance, half cup each.
2. Secondly, it might be overwhelming to continuously stir it, till it reaches desired consistency. but it is unavoidable and you need to be patient about it.
3. lastly, the shelf life of this sweet is moderate and it last longs for a week. having said that it would dry it and it may lose its moistness.
