Hot, frothy coffees are delicious, visually appealing beverages with which to begin your morning. Frothy coffees are ones with frothed milk on the top, giving them a foamy appearance. Making a frothy milk topping for your coffee at home is simple and inexpensive -- and it requires no special equipment. Make sure you have all the ingredients you need before getting started, to avoid any stress or hassle on your end. For the whipped coffee recipe you'll need instant coffee, sugar, hot water, and milk. Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a large bowl. You'll probably want to whisk it with an electric mixer, but you can whisk it by hand. It will take a long time to do, but it is possible! Just be patient. After about five minutes of continuously whisking with an electric mixer, you'll have a very frothy, light brown whipped coffee. The coffee should be almost like whipped cream, nice and thick and leaves soft peaks.

A perfect 2 ingredients "COFFEE BASE" which is made in 5 minutes and can be refrigerate for 2weeks.
Coffee Base is ready to make Latte, Cappuccino, Dalgona Coffee etc. We usually use hot steam milk to make Coffee but to make Dalgona you have to use Cold milk.
Save this Base in Airtight container for up to 2 weeks. use 2tsp base for a perfect cup of coffee or more for stronger taste. Adjust sugar to taste. I like Pakistani Dhabba style coffee so I usually add 1 tsp extra sugar to prepared base while making a cup for myself. Even sometime I use Stevia ( Organic plant base) ( For Diabetic) sugar to make it Sugar free Coffee.
Next part is Warming and steaming milk to make frothy, Whipped, creamy Coffee.
For this you can use handheld frother or Kettle like I am using to froth milk. but If you don't have frother then simply you can froth milk in blender too. Add hot milk in blender and blend until froth, pour it in mugs with height to make froth.
