Methi Keema | Keema Methi | Bhuna Methi Keema | Neelo's Kitchen
Methi Keema/Qeema is a spicy curry made using mince (mutton/chicken/beef) and fresh methi (fenugreek leaves).
Minced chicken/mutton/beef cooked and flavoured with fresh methi (fenugreek leaves). It goes perfectly well with rice, Paratha or Naan.
A very tasty and simple fenugreek leaves recipes made in mutton/Chicken mince curry. The Methi or the fenugreek leaves give a wonderful aroma and unique taste to compliment the sweetness of the keema.
Methi Keema is my mom's signature dish. This dish often reminds me of my childhood. During the winters, when fresh fenugreek available in abundance, this dish would definitely show on the menu at least once a year.

Tips and Suggestions:
1: If you are not a big fan of fenugreek then you can prepare it with chopped spinach or grated cauliflower as well. It’s then called gobhi keema/ palak keema.
2: Another interesting recipe to make is Keema Bhindi, where you prepare Bhindi along with keema; this is a delicious variation.
3: Relish this delicious keema with Paratha, Naan or boil rice.
